AI as a tool, not a buzzword.
The lever isn't the model — it's thinking in AI.
01
Problem
AI gets sold as a buzzword but rarely used as a tool. We're at the very beginning of this innovation — currently deep in the hype. A consolidation will come, but the topic will stay.
The real question isn't “what's new”, but: how do you extract real value from the many small tools — in text generation, coworking and agenting, in daily work?
02
Hypotheses
- The lever isn't the model, it's “thinking in AI”: what can AI do, how do you talk to it?
- AI only unfolds value combined with domain, product and IT understanding and a focus on the most valuable metrics.
- Automating the routine frees capacity for more complex, faster, parallel thinking.
- One person with AI can do analyses that used to require whole teams.
03
Target metrics
- Time from idea to result
- Number of initiatives run in parallel
- Degree of automation of recurring tasks
- Depth and quality of analyses
04
KPIs
- “1 month → 1–2 days” depending on the topic
- A deep analysis in one afternoon instead of 3–4 months of a data team
- Automated daily workflows (text, coworking, agents)
05
Outcome
AI as the engine behind all NextPeak projects: more speed, more parallelism and analyses beyond what classic teams could easily deliver.
06
Output
- Ongoing tooling and method research
- Automated workflows and agent setups
- A “think in AI” methodology that feeds into every other project
- Status: Lab / ongoing
